KinoCloud is operated by Sister, Renold Building, 32a Altrincham St, Manchester, M1 7JR, UK. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are committed to handling your data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We process your data to provide and secure the Service, run and migrate your compute workloads, process payments, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, and consent where required.
We share data with infrastructure and service providers acting as our processors, including cloud and GPU compute providers, our authentication provider, and our payment processor. These providers are bound by contract to protect your data and process it only on our instructions.
Compute may run in data centres located outside the UK or EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Workload content and outputs are retained only as long as needed to deliver the Service, after which they are deleted on a routine schedule.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
We use technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and mutual TLS between internal services to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising cookies. Where we use optional analytics, we do so only with your consent.
We may update this policy from time to time and will communicate material changes through the Service. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact Sister, Renold Building, 32a Altrincham St, Manchester, M1 7JR, UK.
